If you were sentenced to a term of 2 years of imprisonment maximum (one year in case of repeated offence) but that you were not incarcerated after the hearing, we can make a request for an alternative such as a non custodial sentence.

It is in fact possible, with the system of electronic tagging, to remain in your private residence outside working hours.

A semi-custodial treatment can also be requested , which enables the person to keep on working normally provided he goes back to the prison – in a specific quarter - at night and during weekends. . If you are remanded in custody awaiting trial, we can help you obtain in the first place a visit pass for your family and relatives.

We can then file applications for your release or probation, with possible house-arrest system or bail payment. We can appeal any refusal until your probation is granted.
