Appeal procedures are billed on the same flat rate basis.<br \/>\nExpenses are the expenditure paid on your behalf throughout the procedure (bailiff\u2019s notices and writs, registered mail with recorded delivery, photocopies, travel expenses). They must be paid at the end of the procedure and are generally rather low. A fee scale can be found on this website.<br \/>\nPayments can be spread over a period of 12 months (more with our agreement).
